Natasha graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Natasha attended Lindenwood University where she received her Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling in 2016. While she was in graduate school, she worked at Touchette Regional Hospital as a Therapist Intern; she facilitated adult and adolescent groups comprised ofindividuals with various mental health issues. Natasha focus is on Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and Substance Abuse. Her theoretical approach is eclectic which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, stress, and anger management, etc. She worked several years as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Natasha also has over 15 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She is passionate about working from a strength’s-based perspective and walking along side each client in their personal therapeutic journey. She believes that emotional wellness is a commitment that women should make to themselves and see as a priority.
